A super quiet hotel, despite its location near the freeway and shopping. We've stayed here before and we're never disappointed.
This is a Lovely place to stay in Ukiah, The people working here from the courtesy check in to the housekeeping staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub is kept very nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was Excellent.
Great experience, heated pool was great too. Balcony and fireplace were an unexpected bonus. And service from Angelica was fantastic. Awesome place to land on after a long drive. Thanks!
Entire 2nd floor smells of cigarettes as a smoker myself i was taken aback by that. Rooms were nice on the 3rd floor. Service was fast and friendly

What a wonderful 6 day stay at this CLEAN and HOSPITABLE hotel!!! Mario Shaw the General Manager was ABSOLUTELY delightful and made my Wedding Day WEEK a stay to remember. There are few people that were built for this HOSPITALITY career and this GENTLEMAN was strictly on POINT. That being said, I am 100% certain his great atitude is reflected upon his staff as they were all a delight. From the moment I got there from a long trip from LA, the front desk agent at the time Isaiah was helpful and pleasant. The cleaning and breakfast personnel were also delightful. The POOL and JACUZZI were immaculent and just wonderful to sit in after a long trip. I highly recommend this place!! I will be staying herea again for the NEW YEAR!!
We came here over the Christmas holiday. And we were snowed in at our house and could not get home. This hotel, especially Mario, was so comfortable it felt like home. I wanted to sleep on the bed many many more nights in a row. Lol Ukiah itself is out in the middle of nowhere, as far as location. The hotel itself is centrally located near Walmart Costco and other restaurants. Was grateful for the stay!
